In this 2.5 hour workshop, Aamna Khokhar, Relationship Coach, will train participants in communication skills. Participants will learn communication models and how to use them in different situations. They will also learn how to develop healthy habits like effective listening which are building blocks of good communication.

Aamna Khokhar

Aamna Khokhar is a relationship coach with over 10 years of experience in the field of Psychology, Coaching and Mentoring. She uses tools from Neuro-linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Perspective Taking and Effective Listening to coach her clients. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the Islamic principles of integrity and compassion, as well as an unwavering focus on confidentiality. As a life and relationship coach, much of her work focuses on supporting people with relationship challenges and supporting their relationship goals; coaching is provided from a non-judgmental perspective, with an understanding of the Islamic framework and context that many mainstream services often lack.

She has a BSc in Psychology; PGCE in Social Science; MA in Education and Professional Practice; ICF Accredited Coaching Qualification.
