We often overlook the importance of effective and meaningful engagement and relationship building at work. Whilst we do carry this out, the extent and depth can often go overlooked so we end up doing what we have always done resulting in the same results.

This workshop is aimed at:

• What is ?relationship building? and what it means to go beyond.
• Understand the consequences of keeping the status Quo.
• Understand the barriers that stops us building effective relationships.
• Understand what can be achieved.
• Consider strategies to build effective relationships.
• Setting actions to move forward.

About Sajda Munshi

Sajda has worked within housing for the past 25 years and as a leader and manager for the past 18 years. ??She has led and managed individuals and teams as well as facilitating and providing teaching. Sajda has enjoyed developing staff to become high performers. ?Sajda is a?competent leader with extensive senior management experience of managing diverse teams, handling complex and challenging projects and developing policies & strategies. Demonstrable evidence of collaborative working practices in strategic planning, compliance, risk management and monitoring achievement of work plans. Possess excellent leadership skills with both a strong ethos & passion for delivering services to exceptionally high standards.

Sajda has recently worked as a coach and mentor to adult learners, supporting learners to achieve a Chartered institute of Housing qualification at level 3 and 4, all passing with 3 learners achieving a distinction.

Sajda is a keen traveller, having spent a month at a time travelling around India and Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali and Hong Kong. ?She is a keen cyclist and enjoys reading.
