Description

2 online Birth Education Sessions to discuss your birth options/ help you clarify your preferences and explain the options that are available to you. Prior to the consultation, you will receive an extensive workbook to go through to give you adequate background knowledge for our sessions. We will write up a birth plan together and go through necessary information regarding birthing/motherhood preparation- so you can feel confident to birth your baby.

(Each session goes for 1-1.5hours)

Note: whilst other packages also focus on holistic health, nutrition and self development, PEACE LILLY BIRTH focuses only on Birth Education (similar to a one on one course)
