In this 3-month coaching package, you will be learn how to boost your fertility through diet, supplements and lifestyle. Covering the fundamental knowledge and practical skills to improve your fertility. We will unpack everything from irregular periods and ovulation, optimising egg health, dispelling common myths, tailored supplementation and lifestyle strategies to empower you to take control of your fertility and do everything you can to support your future child’s health.

This package includes 1x 1hr initial consult and 5x review consults. (1x 50 min, and 4x 30 min). It also includes treatment plans for each consult, supplement plans as needed, a PCOS recipe e-book and 6 months of email support.
